This chassis-specific configuration was developed for customers who want to install a hidden YDC Compact Reverse in Nissan Silvia S13, S14 and S15 models, including the 180SX, 200SX and 240SX, as well as Nissan Skyline R32, R33 and R34 models
In this Reverse configuration, the master cylinder is positioned toward the front of the vehicle, while the lever is still pulled toward the driver
The handbrake can be installed using the included universal weld-in mounting plate, an optional Nissan chassis-specific bolt-on mounting plate or a custom mounting plate manufactured according to your requirements

Universal weld-in mounting plate — included
The universal plate is welded directly to the metal transmission tunnel in the most suitable position for the specific interior configuration
This option is particularly suitable when:
The factory center console has already been modified with cupholders, gauges, switches or other accessories
A custom handbrake position is required
Welding is not a problem and a lower-cost mounting solution is preferred
The vehicle has a stripped or custom motorsport interior
The final installation position can be selected according to the center console, shifter, seats and other interior components
Nissan chassis-specific bolt-on mounting plate
The chassis-specific bolt-on plate uses existing factory mounting points around the shifter, allowing the handbrake to be installed without cutting, drilling or welding the metal transmission tunnel
The exact plate configuration is matched to the selected Nissan chassis. Please specify the exact model, model year, transmission and LHD or RHD configuration when placing the order
Custom mounting plate
We can manufacture a custom mounting plate according to your preferred handbrake position and interior configuration
This option is suitable when the handbrake must be positioned differently from the standard hidden location — for example, beside the transmission tunnel or in a vehicle with modified or removed factory center-console trim
Required photos, measurements and installation details will be confirmed when processing the order
Installation inside the factory center console requires cutting an opening in the plastic trim for the removable lever. The exact size and position of the opening may depend on the selected mounting plate, chassis and center-console configuration
When a custom mounting plate is selected, the required interior modifications will depend on the requested handbrake position
The idea is simple: during everyday use, the handbrake remains almost completely hidden inside the center console. When needed, the removable lever can be installed in just a few moments, providing a fully functional hydraulic handbrake for drift, track or motorsport use. After driving, the lever can be removed again, making the installation much less visible inside the vehicle

Factory mounting points and center-console layouts may vary between chassis, model years, transmission configurations and LHD or RHD vehicles. The correct bolt-on mounting plate will be selected according to the vehicle information provided with the order
Cutting an opening in the factory center-console trim is required for the removable lever. Additional trimming may be necessary depending on the chassis, model year, center-console configuration, carpet, seats, shifter position and other interior components
The universal mounting plate requires welding. The Nissan chassis-specific bolt-on plate does not require cutting, drilling or welding the metal transmission tunnel
Final fitment may also be affected by previous transmission-tunnel modifications, engine or gearbox swaps, aftermarket shifters and hydraulic line routing. Additional fitting may be required for non-standard or heavily modified vehicles
