The YDC BMW Shift Rod V1 is a strong and simple cut-to-length replacement for the original BMW selector rod. Its rigid steel construction helps reduce unwanted movement in the linkage and provides a more direct and precise shifting feel
It is compatible with most BMW manual gearboxes and works with OEM shifter assemblies, YDC shifters, and many other aftermarket shifters

Shortening service:
If you want us to shorten the shift rod before shipping, specify the required center-to-center length in the order comment. Because the V1 uses fixed mounting-hole positions, we will select the closest available position. If the requested length cannot be matched exactly, we will contact you before preparing the part
If no required length is specified, the shift rod will be supplied at its full 340 mm length
Compatibility:
Compatible with almost all BMW manual gearboxes using the standard 22 mm shift rod joint, including many E30, E34, E36, E39, E46, Z3, Z4, and similar BMW manual gearbox applications

Common BMW OEM numbers for the compatible 22 mm shift rod joint: 25117580281 / 25111222649 / 25111222688 / 25117576216
Please note that some gearboxes, usually diesel versions, may use a wider shift rod joint. In this case, the joint must be replaced with a compatible 22 mm version to use this shift rod
