This IronBox weld-in reinforcement kit is designed to strengthen the structural areas behind the front fenders of the BMW E36 Coupe
High chassis loads, motorsport use and the age of the body shell can cause cracking and separation of the original spot-welded joints in these areas
The 3 mm steel panels reinforce the front fender aprons and surrounding body structure by creating additional welded connections across the original weak areas

Installation consumables and body-finishing materials are not included ⠀ Important installation information ⠀ Inspect both sides of the front body structure for cracks, corrosion, deformation and separated factory spot welds before installation
Any existing damage must be correctly repaired before the reinforcement panels are installed
Because the geometry may differ due to vehicle age, previous accidents or repairs, the panels require final forming and may require trimming directly on the vehicle
Test-fit the complete set and confirm correct contact with the body before welding
Do not use the reinforcement panels to conceal or bridge unrepaired structural damage
Welding and body preparation must be performed by a qualified fabrication or body-repair specialist
Protect all welded joints and exposed metal against corrosion after installation
