IronBox BMW E36 / E46 Weld-In Strut Tower Top Plates — Drift Version

These IronBox weld-in reinforcement plates are designed to strengthen the front strut towers of BMW E36 and E46 drift, track and performance builds

The plates are designed specifically for use with IronBox adjustable Drift Version top mounts

They follow the shape and mounting-hole layout of the top mounts while retaining access to the suspension adjustment points

The reinforced structure helps reduce the risk of strut-tower cracking and deformation caused by high suspension loads, stiff coilovers, increased grip and motorsport use

Installation requires trimming the original strut-tower metal and welding the reinforcement plates into position

• These reinforcement plates are installed on BMW E36 and E46 front strut towers only
• Compatibility with OEM or other aftermarket top mounts must be confirmed before ordering
• Compatibility is determined by the top-mount shape, mounting-hole position and required adjustment range

Important installation information
⠀
These are weld-in reinforcement plates and are not designed as bolt-on spacers
Before installation, inspect both strut towers for cracks, deformation and previous repairs

Any existing damage must be correctly repaired before installing the reinforcement plates
Use each plate as a positioning and cutting template following the installation reference shown in the product photos

Remove only the required section of the original strut-tower metal

Test-fit the reinforcement plates and adjustable top mounts before welding

Welding and chassis preparation must be performed by a qualified fabrication or body-repair specialist

After welding, protect all bare metal and welded areas against corrosion
