The IronBox BMW E36 EVO III Steering Angle Adapters are designed for drivers who require increased steering angle together with adjustable Ackermann geometry ⠀ The adjustable design allows the front steering response to be configured from a less aggressive setting to a more aggressive drift-oriented geometry according to the vehicle setup and driver preference ⠀ The adapters install onto standard BMW E36 front steering knuckles without requiring modification of the knuckles themselves ⠀ When combined with correctly modified front control arms and extended steering tie rods, the adapters can provide approximately 50° of steering angle ⠀ These adapters are not a complete bolt-on lock kit and require professional modification of the surrounding front suspension components ⠀ Main features ⠀

⠀ Important installation information ⠀ The stated steering angle of approximately 50° depends on the complete suspension configuration, steering rack, control-arm geometry, tie-rod length, wheel offset, tyre size and available component clearance ⠀ The selected Ackermann configuration directly changes the relationship between the inner and outer front-wheel steering angles ⠀ Toe alignment must be checked and adjusted after every Ackermann configuration change ⠀ Control-arm modification and welding must be carried out by a qualified motorsport fabrication specialist ⠀ Check the ball-joint and tie-rod tapers for complete seating without movement or interference ⠀ Check steering, brake-line, wheel, tyre, control-arm and chassis clearance throughout the complete steering range and suspension travel ⠀ A professional wheel alignment and full inspection of the modified steering geometry are required after installation ⠀ The completed vehicle must be tested progressively after installation or adjustment
