The IronBox BMW E36 Complete Front Drift Angle Kit combines the essential steering and suspension components required to build a wide-angle front setup without assembling multiple separate kits

The system provides up to 55° of steering angle depending on wheel offset and the complete vehicle setup, while increasing the front track width by approximately 85 mm per side

Reduced Ackermann geometry is designed to provide stable and predictable steering behaviour at angle, helping the driver maintain control and acceleration through drift transitions

• Up to 55° of steering angle — final steering lock depends on wheel offset, tyre dimensions and the complete suspension setup
• +170 mm total front track width — approximately 85 mm wider per side compared with the standard configuration
• Reduced Ackermann geometry — developed for stable and controlled behaviour at steering lock
• 20 mm steel lower control arms — fitted with pressed ball joints, integrated steering lock stops and a powder-coated finish
• Adjustable offset camber plates — provide a wide adjustment range for drift-oriented front alignment
• Adjustable caster configuration — supplied with polyurethane-mounted E30 / E36 caster brackets
• Front strut tower reinforcement — weld-in Drift Version reinforcement flanges are included with the kit
• Complete steering conversion — includes angle adapters, tie-rod ends and tie-rod extensions
• CNC-produced components — manufactured for consistent dimensions and suspension geometry

• These are initial manufacturer-recommended settings and must be adjusted to suit the vehicle, tyres, wheel offset and driving conditions

Important installation information
⠀
The complete front suspension and steering geometry must be inspected before installation
The front anti-roll bar should be removed as recommended by the manufacturer

Wheel, tyre, brake hose, control arm, chassis and body clearance must be checked throughout the complete steering range and suspension travel

Due to the additional 85 mm of track width per side, wider front bodywork or overfenders may be required depending on wheel offset and tyre dimensions

Brake hose length and routing must be checked at full steering lock and longer hoses may be required

The included strut tower reinforcement flanges require professional welding

Installation, welding, fastener tightening and final wheel alignment must be completed by qualified specialists
