The IronBox adjustable caster lollipop brackets replace the original front control arm rear mounting brackets in compatible BMW E46 motorsport suspension setups ⠀ The adjustable construction allows the caster angle to be configured more precisely while the polyurethane bushings reduce suspension movement compared with conventional OEM rubber bushings ⠀ Polyurethane retains a degree of vibration isolation and is a more compliant alternative to fully rigid spherical-bearing mounts for vehicles used in both performance driving and street conditions ⠀ These brackets are designed for compatible aftermarket front control arms and are not compatible with OEM BMW E46 front control arms ⠀ Main features ⠀

Compatible aftermarket front control arms with the corresponding rear mounting geometry
Drift, track, and custom front suspension configurations using compatible control arms ⠀ Not compatible with OEM BMW E46 front control arms ⠀ Installation on OEM E46 control arms would require machining the hexagonal control arm ends to a round profile which is not recommended by IronBox ⠀ This is not a direct bolt-on replacement for the standard BMW E46 lollipop brackets when factory front control arms are retained ⠀ Compatibility must be confirmed according to the control arm end design, mounting dimensions, bracket position, and complete front suspension configuration ⠀ Compatibility with BMW E46 M3, Compact, xi models and custom angle kits must be confirmed before ordering ⠀ Kit includes ⠀

Installation hardware
⠀ Polyurethane configuration ⠀ The polyurethane bushings provide increased rigidity and steering feedback compared with OEM rubber bushings while retaining more vibration isolation than spherical bearings ⠀ Some additional noise, vibration, and harshness may be transferred into the chassis compared with the original suspension mounts ⠀ The exact polyurethane hardness is not specified and should be confirmed before ordering if it is critical for the intended application ⠀ Important installation information ⠀ A complete wheel alignment is required after installation ⠀ Caster adjustment changes the longitudinal position of the front wheel and may affect tire, wheel-arch, brake-hose, and steering clearance ⠀ Check the complete suspension movement at full steering lock, compression, and droop before operating the vehicle ⠀ Inspect the front control arms, chassis mounting points, brackets, polyurethane bushings, and installation hardware before installation ⠀ All fasteners must be tightened correctly and inspected regularly during motorsport use ⠀ Installation, suspension adjustment, and final inspection should be carried out by a qualified specialist
